DISPATCH AND DELIVERY METHODS
We do not make any profit on packaging and postage; we charge you only what it costs us to post your order.
To help the environment we re-use packaging as much as possible and use recycled paper and card stock for our printed items.
We aim to dispatch all goods within two working days of receiving your order. Products are sent by royal mail recorded services,
which enables you to track the whereabouts of your parcel once it has been dispatched at www.royalmail.com
UK
Orders will be despatched by Royal Mail Signed For Delivery. This service requires a signature in order for the parcel to be delivered and is fully trackable.
A flat rate of £5.00 per single item order will be charged with an additional £1.00 added for each extra item on the order.
Your parcel should be with you 1- 3 days after your order has been dispatched and if it has not arrived after 5 working days,please contact us quoting your full name, order number and full address and we will look straight into it for you.
EUROPE
Orders will be despatched by DHL express international Signed For Delivery . This service requires a signature in order for the parcel to be delivered and is fully trackable.
A flat rate of £35.00 per single item order will be charged with an additional £1.00 added for each extra item on the order.
Your parcel should be with you 5 -7 days after your order has been dispatched and if it has not arrived after 10 working days, please contact us quoting your full name, order number and full address and we will look straight in to it for you.
Orders to the EU may attract import duty and local sales taxes, which customers will need to pay on receipt of the shipment. Quinton Chadwick is not responsible for any customs or duty charges. Any parcels returned to us due to customs charges being higher than expected , we reserve the right to minus all costs incurred.
REST OF THE WORLD

A flat rate of £45 per single item order will be charged with an additional £1.00 added for each extra item on the order.
Your parcel should be with you 7-10 days after your order has been dispatched and if it has not arrived after 15 working days, please contact us quoting your full name, order number and full address and we will look straight in to it for you.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You have 14 days to return and 14 days to exchange an item received from QUINTON CHADWICK

Please include your receipt, along with the reason for return (please be as detailed as possible).
We kindly ask that all items are carefully packed and returned by recorded post.
Your card will be refunded upon receipt of the item,
Please make sure the item is unworn, with original tags and packaging. That it is not damaged or marked in anyway, washed or smelling of smoke, aftershave, perfume or washing powder. We are unable to take responsibility or accept returns for garments and accessories that have become shrunk or distorted as a result of incorrect washing.
Please note that you will be refunded for the price of the item but not the postage.
We do not make refunds on Sale items only credit notes.
LATE AND LOST DELIVERIES
If your delivery has been delayed, then please contact us and we will track your parcel via the Royal Mail website
We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of despatch (30 days for international items) - this is when the Royal Mail classes items as being lost. Please note that we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to your home address.Quinton Chadwick cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit.
